    The time following the birth of your baby is an important time for massage too. A postnatal massage provides emotional and physical relief from the stress of labor and caring for a newborn, increases circulation, helps eliminate toxins and assists in the body's natural recovery process. For cesarean births please allow 6 weeks before massage or provide a doctor's note. You may also consider manual lymphatic drainage massage to help reduce swelling.
